Introduction
Differential shaft is a relatively advanced shaft for rewinding,
which is suitable for users with higher requirements. A multi-roll
material can be rewind at the same time on one shaft. When a roll
material is too tight, the slip ring will slip with the shaft to
achieve a perfect rewinding. It effectively improve the slitting
speed, winding accuracy and degree of automation.
Component
Air differential shaft are made of core roll, differential ring,
rubber tube, friction parts, sealing rings.
The body of the air differential shaft is made from chrome-plate
steel or hard anodized aluminum. The friction plate can be made
from polyurethane, polyethylene, or rubber to max tension required.
According to the drawing, we can make steel shaft head with
different sizes.
