QDM-901 double phase pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery, using compressed air as a power source for a variety of corrosive
liquid, liquid with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable,
poisonous liquid. The main feature of this pump is that without
irrigation water, can pumping liquid flow and some medium which is
easy flow, avoiding fire and explosion. This pump is suitable for water-based ink printing, four plate printing
machine, flexo and glue laminating machine. Widely used in pharmaceutical, sewage treatment, food, chemical,
automobile, paint and other industries.

Principle
Double phase diaphragm pump QDM-901 takes the air as momentum which
compressed by air compressor. The needle valve adjust the air flow,
which drive the membrane, then the pump transport the liquid. The overall structure of the QDM-901 is more optimized, the pump
chamber and the main road are significantly strengthened, and the
selfpriming function and flow head are greatly improved. The main
feature of this pump is that without irrigation water, can pumping
liquid flow and some medium which is easy flow, avoiding fire and
explosion.
